The minimum guest to operate these experiences is one (1).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the Colombian local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience, to book an additional spot or get a full refund.

Our tour guide was Alejandro (El Guía de Cristo Rey) and he was amazing!! He was very professional and punctual, and knew so much history of Cali. He has a great sense of humor and kept us very entertained (He even taught us some Salsa steps!). I HIGHLY recommend the city tour with Alejandro, you’ll have a great time!

We had a fantastic time with Cali Salsa Experience! We opted for the Night Experience and it definitely exceeded expectations. We had minimal experience with Salsa, but our guide Alejandro was very patient and instructive, and we felt like we fit right in. The night definitely felt like a unique cultural experience that is not to be missed if you’re in Cali. Alejandro and team were passionate, professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience touring Cali with Alejandro as our guide. He was exceptionally courteous and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and engaged. His knowledge of the city’s history and culture was impressive, sharing fascinating facts that made each stop more memorable. Alejandro’s genuine love for Cali was infectious, and he made sure we experienced the charm and warmth of this beautiful town. I was especially grateful for his attentiveness to my young daughter, Noorie; he was incredibly accommodating and made her feel welcome throughout the tour. If you’re visiting Cali, you MUST schedule a tour with Alejandro or anyone at his company. He’s extremely knowledgeable and fun! ‘Cali City Tour’ was the perfect blend of cultural enrichment and total fun! The dancing lesson (Cali style) by the city trumpets was incredibly unexpected and enjoyable! Alejandro was so inviting that other tourists that weren’t part of our tour joined us and he welcomed everyone to his dancing session under the trumpet! Thank you, Alejandro, for providing a unique way to experience Cali and learn about its rich tradition and culture. We’ll be back! 💝

As someone who spent part of his childhood in Cali, the tour with our guide Alejandro was still filled with interesting new insights and facts. Alejandro gave me and our visitors from the States a good overview of the city, and of what Caleños are all about. He had answers to all questions about politics, history and fauna and flora of the city. Our tour ended with a great dinner experience in the old town, also a great recommendation from our guide. Would absolutely recommend, or do again!

Having done multiple walking tours all over the world, we were in the market for something different. The Salsa tour brings both Cali’s culture of music and dance to life, as well as linking key events throughout it’s history. Alejandro’s enthusiasm is infectious and made the afternoon so fun for us! We are complete salsa(and dancing) novices but Alejandro’s approach to teaching the basic steps made us feel at ease. We will definitely be keeping up the salsa when we go home! Alejandro from Cali Salsa Experience is a very knowledgeable, fun, accommodating, and warm guide. We have had tour guides in many cities throughout the world and Alejandro stand out! We took the two hour Cali city tour which was SO informative! I grew up part of my life in Cali and Alejandro showed us and taught us things I never knew! He is a joy to be with and is a great source of info on restaurants, shopping places, where to stay and even helped us find a clinic to get a COVID test in order to renter the US. I highly recommend allowing Alexandro to share the city he knows and loves with you. We have travelled and been ‘guided’ many places throughout the world and he as good as any I have ever met. Smart, knowledgeable, charismatic, inquisitive, flexible and passionate about his city.

Alejandro first got to know us and what was important to us, time we had and goals of out time together. From then on we walked, drove, listened, learned, debated and had a truly enjoyable time.
