Discover the magic of the Cali night. In this night tour visit an outdoor carnival with locals dancing in the street and playing instruments. Carry on your with your salsa tour visiting the favorite night lures of the Cali people. All this with a local profesional dancer who will teach you to dance, play instruments and connect with the musician in you, to live Cali as a local.

Places to visit are arranged according to the day of the week. 

Includes: 2 clubs, 1 outdoor local carnival.

  • Entrance to an underground club in Cali.
  • Visit a salsa street festival 🎪🎉 (friday and saturday)
  • Indigenous dance festival (Thursday)
  • Entrance to the most visited salsa club in Colombia
  • Two beers or two non alcoholic beverages. 
  • Professional salsa dancer or folklore dancer (male) during the night experience  
  • Transportation during the night experience

⌛️ Salsa Night Experience starts at 8:00 to 8:30 pm. and goes until 12:00 to 12:30 a.m., according to the night of operation. Runs for a total of 4 hours, after this time you will be assisted by our local guide to take transportation (not included) back to the lodging place.  You may stay after the tour is over in the last-visited venue under your own responsability.  

+ 18 The minimum age required for this experience is 18 years old. 

The minimum guest to operate the experience is one: 1  “uno”. 

You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the Colombian local time.
  • If your tour is booked as a group tour fare which is applied after three guests are booked and someone in the group cancels, and the minimum of 3 guests isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or to book an additional spot to meet the minimum or get a full refund.

If you’re visiting Cali, you MUST schedule a tour with Alejandro or anyone at his company. He’s extremely knowledgeable and fun! ‘Cali City Tour’ was the perfect blend of cultural enrichment and total fun! The dancing lesson (Cali style) by the city trumpets was incredibly unexpected and enjoyable! Alejandro was so inviting that other tourists that weren’t part of our tour joined us and he welcomed everyone to his dancing session under the trumpet! Alejandro was an amazing tour guide. We had a private tour of Cali and couldn’t ask for a better experience. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who spent part of his childhood in Cali, the tour with our guide Alejandro was still filled with interesting new insights and facts. Alejandro gave me and our visitors from the States a good overview of the city, and of what Caleños are all about. He had answers to all questions about politics, history and fauna and flora of the city. Our tour ended with a great dinner experience in the old town, also a great recommendation from our guide. Would absolutely recommend, or do again!

A must-do tour if you are in Cali! Not only do you get to see some of the city’s most historic sights , but you also get to experience the soul of the city through a Salsa. Learned a lot, had fun, and gained a deeper appreciation for Cali. If you are thinking about booking this tour, do it 100%.

Having done multiple walking tours all over the world, we were in the market for something different. The Salsa tour brings both Cali’s culture of music and dance to life, as well as linking key events throughout it’s history. Alejandro’s enthusiasm is infectious and made the afternoon so fun for us! We are complete salsa(and dancing) novices but Alejandro’s approach to teaching the basic steps made us feel at ease. We will definitely be keeping up the salsa when we go home! Alejandro from Cali Salsa Experience is a very knowledgeable, fun, accommodating, and warm guide. We have had tour guides in many cities throughout the world and Alejandro stand out! We took the two hour Cali city tour which was SO informative! I grew up part of my life in Cali and Alejandro showed us and taught us things I never knew! He is a joy to be with and is a great source of info on restaurants, shopping places, where to stay and even helped us find a clinic to get a COVID test in order to renter the US.
